Gary Noke - Managing Principal

Gary brings 20 years experience of operational and strategic sales experience to SalesCircuit. Since 1996, Gary has focused on employing technology professionals and software to help customers gain competitive advantage. He has held senior sales management positions at Fidelity/Veritude, TAC Worldwide Companies, Zefer, Universal Software, SalesNet, and Ikon Office Solutions. Gary has helped these firms succeed by envisioning creative revenue growth strategies, redefining core processes, and employing technology for competitive advantage.

 

John Hawley - Managing Principal

John has more than 15 years experience as a technology strategy management consultant, software architect, and developer. John has a history of leading strategic workforce consulting engagements, conducting requirements analyses, architecting software solutions, and taking a hands-on role developing components, middleware, and databases for web and client/server applications. He has led technical and management consulting engagements for small and large companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Siemens AG, TJX, EMC, Invensys, Teradyne, and Citizens Bank.

 

Sean Campbell - Practice Director, Operations

Sean Campbell has been Practice Director of Operations since joining SalesCircuit in 2009. He brings over 15 years of Inside and Field Sales Experience to the firm. Sean has been successful in building and managing inside sales organizations at companies such as Cognos Corporation, Object Design and Dataware Technologies. He also has extensive field sales experience as he has held senior account manangement positions at companies such as OpenText, SourceCode Holdings, and NextDocs Corporation. Sean received a BS degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. He enjoys skiing with his family and is an avid cyclist.

 

Bill Meirs - Practice Director, Marketing and Lead Generation

Bill will be responsible for supporting client marketing and lead generation activities. Bill brings over 12 years of sales, marketing, web design and advertising experience, primarily in the technology space. He oversaw creative production at JWG Associates (now Monster), one of the largest recruitment advertising agencies at the time and was involved with delivering creative pitches for clients like Compaq and Miller Brewing. He has also supported sales, marketing and talent acquisition at CellExchange/Cambridge Technology Enterprises, Mindcircuit, ComputerUser Magazine and Universal Software. Bill also does design and web development work for non-profit organizations.

 

Stuart Needels - Practice Director, Recruiting

Stu manages sales, technology, and professional services hiring for all information management areas, including business intelligence, search, corporate performance management, data warehousing, and storage. Stu has a 20+ year technology background, including 6 years as a Cognos consultant and 12 years as a hands-on technology manager at IDG/Computerworld. Stu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Math and Computer Science from Clark University.
